ABOUT THE ORDER PROCEDURE

Personally at the company showroom

After receiving the order details, we will contact you and begin to consult about the order and all the details.
Based on the requirements, we will create a graphic design that we will submit to you for approval. After the approval, we are ready to order the products from the factory. The graphic design contains information about the design, the editing of the jersey, the type of collar, the selected font, colors etc.

Graphic design is free of charge up to 10 pcs.

FILE DELIVERY FORMAT

Send the graphic design documents in the format – .CDR (CorelDraw), .Ai (Adobe Illustrator), .psd and .pdf. If you do not have the option to use one of these formats, you can also add the handouts in the form of a .jpg or .png image at a resolution of at least 300dpi or sketch.

CONTENT APPROVAL

After final approval of the graphic design, you fill in the order form, based on which we start production. The approved graphic design is an integral part of the order form.

ORDER FORM

By submitting a completed order form, the customer agrees to receive and pay for the ordered goods.

FILE DELIVERY FORMAT

We reserve 5-7  weeks for the production of the contract from the date of acceptance of the binding order, unless otherwise agreed.

The goods will be delivered to you at the agreed date at the address specified in the order form.

Before the order is shipped, we will send you information about the identification number of the order and its final price, including shipping and VAT charges.

WAYS OF DELIVERY

The goods can be taken in the following ways:

Personally at the company showroom (Moss)

Bring post – Handed parcel (delivery)

Courier Service

Transport prices – according to current price lists of shipping companies
